This course is for students who have been dismissed from law school and plan to apply for readmission for Fall 2010. To participate in this course you must be accepted in the 2010 Law School Boot Camp. In preparation, for the Boot Camp and for your application for readmission, we make assessments to help you work on the skills that will make you more successful your second time around. For more information, see Information for DIsmissed Students. http://www.thejdproject.org/Excelling/BootCamp/DStudents/dismissedStudents.htm
Everyone admitted to your law school has demonstrated similar intelligence, commitment and effort. What distinguishes "A" students is study skills and habits, access to legal information, analytical and test-taking skills. All these are skills and abilities that can be learned and improved upon. In our more than 35 years of experience, we have seen the impact that intense preparation can have on a student's ability to excel. The Law School Boot Camp is a 10 week online distance learning program designed to provide that intense preparation. The Boot Camp will teach students to study effectively for law school, introduce students to the writing, thinking and test-taking skills needed to excel on law school exams, and build a network of academic support that crosses school boundaries.
