Enrollment

Space is limited.

Applications are considered on a rolling application basis.  Completed Application Deadline: April 15, 2009.  Late Applications are considered on a space avaliable basis.

Concluding Application Fee  $  25.00 Within 3 days of  Concluding Application  ( Non-refundable)
  Fee Waiver Complete Application by March 1.
  $  75.00 Re-activate expired application (Non-refundable)
  $ 100.00 Late Application (After April 15 - Non-refundable)
Seat Deposit  $ 150.00 Within 3 days of Acceptance ( Non-refundable)
First Payment $ 225.00 June 1st or as agreed.
Second Payment $ 225.00 July 1st or as agreed
Third Payment $ 150.00 August 1st or as agreed.
Application Completion Date

            An application is not complete until the  preliminary application, concluding application,  application fee and a copy of  one acceptance letter is received. Your acceptance letter can be from any law school. It does not have to be the school you will ultimately attend.  The application fee is waived for applications that are otherwise completed by March 1.

            Incomplete applications are held for 7 days. They are then inactivated If your application is inactivated you will  have to  resubmit your application with a $ 50 reactivation  fee plus the $ 25 application fee.

Wait List

Once a program is filled to capacity, students who have placed a seat deposit are placed on a wait list in the order their seat deposits are received. If a student is placed on a wait list and space does not become available, the seat deposit  will be refunded in full by June 15th.

 
Refund Policy

If a student withdraws from the program and The JD Project receives written notification prior to May 15, all fees paid (except non-refundable seat deposit and application fee) will be refunded.

After May 15, but before June 15,  all payments toward tuition will be refunded if the vacated seat is filled.  After June 15,  no tuition is refunded.

If a student is placed on the wait list and a space does not become available, all payments (except application fee) will be refunded no later than June 15.
